Quality is a result of proper planning and continues efforts. Bansal Stampings Ltd., has a well-defined quality system in place to ensure reliable product quality . We are endured with an in-house quality testing wing where we conduct various quality control procedures to ensure the quality, functionality, and technical features of the products. Our team of quality control inspectors takes strict vigil on each stage of production starting from the procurement of raw materials to the final finishing.

Incoming Quality Control (IQC)
- Perform approved vendor list check
- Evaluate supplier quality records
- Perform sampling of incoming materials
- Perform dimension, visual and functional inspection of material samples
In-Process Quality Control (IPQC)
- Perform inspections on in-process materials
- Conduct in-line automated and manual inspections
- Apply first-process inspection after process setup
- Perform in-process audits to ensure processes are up to standard, and to identify factors needing improvement.
Outgoing Quality Assurance (OQA)
- Perform visual and functional inspection
- Verify first-product inspection
- Repeat approved vendor list checking
- Conduct reliability testing
- Our state of art Quality Room is equipped with all necessary equipment.
